We ship via USPS flat rate priority boxes. If there is a less expensive first class postage option available (such as for one smaller inexpensive item) we will refund the difference through PayPal. For items over $500.00, we will pay for shipping insurance

Bead World, Inc. Store Policies:

  • We never ask for personal information except for a phone number for piercing appointments.
  • We do not save credit card information.
  • We do not call you unless you have a repair to pick up, or you are one of our regular vendors.
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of sale, with your register receipt.  We only issue a store credit.
  • All piercing jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We will only call your phone if you have a repair which is ready for pick up,  if you had asked for a repair estimate, or if you have left an important item in the store (i.e. wallet, jacket, etc.) or to change an appointment.
  • ***As of Oct. 17, 2017,  We apparently have had our store telephone  “spoofed” for caller I.D.  If you receive a call from us and you have no business with us, PLEASE do not give out any personal information.  We did not call you unless it is business related.  Apparently, there is nothing we can do about this, other than hope it will subside.
