African Trade Beads Strand – Green Millefiori
These beads were traded to Africa in the late 1700s. Each bead is handmade Venetian millefiori glass (“thousand flowers”). There are 54 beads on the strand which measures approx. 26 inches. Most are a nice olive green color and there are a few with other colors. Some beads do show some wear of course due to their age.
