Description
These are very nice beads, measuring approx. 18mm x 13mm , with 26 beads on the strand. Bumble Bee is actually not a true jasper stone, but is a volcanic mix of minerals including calcite and sulfur. It comes primarily from West Java, Indonesia and is named for it’s lovely coloring. Since it does contain sulfur, this stone tends to patina silver and metals when placed next to them.
